Enjoy complimentary shipping on all orders totaling $89 or more.
For orders under $89, we charge a flat shipping fee of $9.9 applies.
Discreet Packaging:
We highly value your privacy and respect the importance of discretion. To safeguard your confidentiality, we ship all our products in unmarked cardboard boxes and bubble envelopes. Our packaging contains no references to kink, sex, or chastity, and there won't be any brand name, logo or website name on it. We aim to ensure that your order remains entirely confidential.
Order Processing Time:
The majority of orders are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days. However, for customized products, please allow for additional processing time, which can extend to a maximum of 10 working days.
Shipping Times:
Please note that shipping times listed on our website represent estimated transit times and do not include order processing. While we make every effort to ensure that most packages arrive on schedule, it's essential to understand that these estimates are not guarantees. Late deliveries can occur due to factors beyond our control. We appreciate your patience and understanding during such situations.
International Shipping:
We proudly offer international shipping to over 30 countries from our warehouse in China.
Standard shipping to the US typically takes 6-14 business days.
International customers outside the US are responsible for any VAT and customs fees. Please check your country's tax, customs, and import regulations before placing an international order.
Address Accuracy:
It is crucial to double-check and ensure the accuracy of your shipping address when placing an order. If you need to update your address after ordering, please contact us in 24 hours.Â
We are not liable for any loss resulting from shipping to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we reserve the right to charge additional shipping costs as necessary.
Tracking Information:
While the majority of packages are delivered promptly, global shipping delays stemming from various factors and may cause tracking information to display as "Arriving Late" for extended periods. We request your patience, as most packages eventually reach their destination.
Lost Packages (Before Delivery):
In the event of packages that are lost in transit before delivery, we will reship them free of charge.
Lost Packages (After Delivery):
Once a package is marked as delivered, we cannot be held responsible for any further issues, including theft. If you suspect your package is lost after delivery, please follow these steps:
1. Thoroughly search your property, including your mailbox, as our packages are often small enough to fit inside. Check with your neighbors and consider posting inquiries on local community groups.
2. Allow up to a week for the package to potentially show up, as some packages are scanned as "delivered" before actual delivery.
If your package cannot be located after following these steps, please reach out to us, and we will explore options to assist you. This may include initiating a carrier investigation or offering alternative solutions.
